COVID19 Replacement Update: Due to the high occurrence of shipping delays since the pandemic started, we will not send replacement orders for shipments still "In Transit" or "Arriving Late" until 30 days have elapsed since the shipment date for domestic orders, and 60 days for international orders.

We ask that you allow 1-3 weekdays for your order to be shipped with the exception of items that are made to order. Made to order items are assembled track, turnouts, crossings, assembled switch stands, and custom track work. These items will be shipped when completed.

Individual lengths of rail are now shipped in PVC pipe to better protect the product. This results in a higher shipping cost then using a paper tube due to the higher weight and cost of PVC over paper tubes, but we believe the added protection is worth it.

All shipments are insured for the full value, some large/high-value shipments may require a signature upon delivery. In some cases damaged or lost mail claims with major carriers require signature confirmation services to be used. This allows us to be able to supply you with replacement merchandise in the case of damaged or missing high-value shipments. In the case that signature service is require we will contact you by email to coordinate that the delivery is made on a day there is someone to sign for the package, or have it sent to a UPS store for example.

We accept returns on our products, when the item(s) have been delivered to your address no later than 60 days upon notifying us that you wish to make a return, and in the case the items have not been used or altered. There is no restock fee/penalty, but you will be required to pay for return postage unless the items sent to you are incorrect items that differ from what you purchased on your invoice, damaged upon receipt, or defective/not functioning as designed. In those cases we will provide a return label.

We will replace any lost or damaged items as soon as we are able. In the case of made-to-order items like turnouts, crossings, assembled switch stands, and other custom track work, replacements may take a few weeks to build.
